彼女はコメディアンで喋りがとても速いのですが、活舌がとてもよい為、聞きやすいと思います。ですので、是非 ①音理解、②意味理解に頑張って見て下さい。

• When I was asked to make the commencement speech I immediately said yes.
• Then I went to look up what commencement meant which would have been easy if I had a dictionary.
• But most of the books in our house or Portia’s and they’re all written in Australian.
• So I had to break the word down myself to find out the meaning; commencement common and cement.

• I came across the fact that web usage was growing at 2,300 percent per year.
• I had never seen or heard of anything that grew that fast. 
• The idea of building an online bookstore with millions of titles, something that simply couldn’t exist in the physical world was very exciting to me.
• I just turned 30 years old and I’ve been married for a year.
• I told my wife Mackenzie that I wanted to quit my job and go do this crazy thing that probably wouldn’t work since most startups don’t and I wasn’t sure what would happen after that.
• McKenzie also Princeton grad and sitting here in the second row told me I should go for it.
